Court orders Download Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Citizens for Green Doon & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Others dated 04/04/2018 regarding environmental clearance for Char Dham project, Uttarakhand. NGT took a stern view of the lackadaisical attitude of the Ministry of Road, Transport and Highway as well as the Government of Uttarakhand for not even filing the muck dumping plan generated from the project. Court warns that no further adjournment would be granted in the case.
