Any Industry generating waste that are reactive, toxic, flammable, explosive or corrosive, causes danger or is likely to cause danger to health or environment are required to file Annual Return as per Hazardous Waste Management Rules.

The annual return contains information regarding quantity of waste generated/ stored/ recycled/ processes/ utilize or disposed per annum. This return is submitted in a prescribed format Form 4, on or before the 30th June of every year following the financial year to which that return relates.
